When I was working as a video editor, my manager said that I am a “problem solver”, and the CFO of the company used to say to his children: “Don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions”.
Why not shift our attention from the problem to the solution, so we can have “solution finders”: people who think outside the box and bring new ideas and ways to do things.
