A Portal is a big door.
In the fantasy comics I read it's a vortex that opens a window to another dimension.
In my temple journeys (from the book "Where did you go" by Christina Rasmussen) I've experienced many wonderful portals: colours, change in gravity and density, flying, swimming, floating.
My hands channeled the portals as concentric squares, where the viewer attention is drawn to the centre.
First, I made "Portal".

I thought that with "Portal" you travel to another dimension, but how can you come back?
By reversing the colours. So "Portal Out" was born.
I loved making these two artworks, so I made more, experimenting with Blue and Purple.
I love exploring black and white too, so I made "Portal in Black".
I wanted to make a bigger artwork that would make the viewer "go away" and "come back" on the same canvas, so I made "Big Portal", using 289 ninja stars, when all the other Portals are made with 81 ninja stars.
From white, to dark green - dark blue, to white.
